Cover-file integrity notes
Checksums, crop checks, and lettering edges for the Marvel NFT comic cover you export yourself.
A cover is the first thing a later reader will argue about. We start with the file you export from your own viewer, never with a screenshot we take on a shared machine.
The sitting lists pixel dimensions, colour profile if the export still carries one, and a SHA-256 checksum written in ink on the paper sheet as well as in the local log. If the title treatment is clipped at the trim, that clipping is measured in millimetres of equivalent print crop so a paper collector can picture it.
We also note whether the trade dress—issue number, corner box stand-in, or drop badge—is still legible at a phone-width preview. That is a preservation remark, not a sales claim about scarcity.
If you want a second pair of eyes after a marketplace thumbnail looks muddy, call or email. We do not ingest the comic into a vault and we do not move it between accounts.
