Site Work Line does not operate a cart or payment form here. Nothing on these pages can charge a card.

Sittings arranged by telephone or email

If you later agree a preservation sitting, backup coaching hour, or ledger session, payment terms are stated on the invoice you receive by ordinary business correspondence.

When a sitting has not started

If you cancel before we have travelled or opened files, we do not keep a fee for work that was not done. Any deposit mentioned on an invoice would be returned by the same method it was sent, according to that invoice.

When notes are already written

Once cover hashes, panel rows, or edition lines have been delivered on paper or as a local file, that labour is complete. We do not “refund” completed description work as if it were an unopened shop item, because no shop item was sold through this site.

Utility software

The optional local tracking utility is described as record-keeping software, not as a paid download from this domain. This website does not sell installers.
